Sveglia — « réveil » en italien — est un ensemble de trois œuvres sculpturales nées du dialogue entre la mémoire du lieu, la matière recyclée et la parole des habitants. Le projet s'inspire de la flore sauvage et rare du territoire d'Annecy ainsi que des transformations de la ville au cours de son histoire : premières traces d'habitat sur les rives du lac, vestiges romains, scission médiévale entre Annecy-le-Vieux et Annecy-le-Neuf — ces exemples d'adaptation et de résilience résonnent avec le nouveau quartier de L'Eveil. Au cœur de l'œuvre, une chorégraphie de silhouettes humaines en métal portant une orchidée monumentale, symbolise la délicatesse, l'amour et la fertilité en écho avec la nature qui entoure Annecy. L'œuvre incarne les transitions et la croissance, invitant à considérer avec soin le lieu où l'on vit. Les sculptures naissent d'un travail de collecte et de réemploi — grilles récupérées de l'ancienne école, matériaux du chantier, témoignages des anciens élèves — elles ont été façonnées aux côtés des étudiants en Première, spécialité métallerie, de l'ECA. À travers Sveglia, l'art s'inscrit dans une réflexion poétique et engagée sur l'habitat.

Sveglia — “alarm clock” in Italian — is a series of three sculptural works born from a dialogue between the memory of the place, recycled materials, and the voices of the residents. The project draws inspiration from the rare wild flora of the Annecy region as well as the city’s transformations throughout its history: the earliest traces of settlement on the lake’s shores, Roman ruins, and the medieval division between Annecy-le-Vieux and Annecy-le-Neuf—these examples of adaptation and resilience resonate with the new L’Eveil neighborhood. At the heart of the artwork, a choreography of metal human silhouettes holding a monumental orchid symbolizes delicacy, love, and fertility, echoing the nature that surrounds Annecy. The artwork embodies transitions and growth, inviting us to carefully consider the place where we live. The sculptures are the result of a process of collection and reuse—fences salvaged from the old school, construction site materials, and mementos from former students—and were crafted in collaboration with ECA students in their senior year specializing in metalwork.
Through Sveglia, art becomes part of a poetic and socially engaged reflection on the built environment.

Cette commande publique pour les Village des Médias Paris 2024 - propose en recyclant des matériaux un regard innovant sur la ville en devenir.
Les matériaux recherchés sur le chantier de construction sont les traces invisibles d’une entreprise humaine qui façonne son environnement. Les matériaux recueillis qui constituent l’œuvres sont reconnaissables de par leur modelé.
Les sculptures en bronze prennent place dans l’espace public sur des stèles en pisé aux strates colorées (géo-béton).
Le projet valorise et use des métiers anciens de la fonderie et de la construction en terre.
La faune sauvage de Seine-Saint-Denis est célébrée. Les moyen-ducs représentés sont recensés par Nature 2000 sur la commune hôte.
Le choix des partenaires, dans la chaine de production et de réalisation, sont tous domiciliés en Seine-Saint-Denis. Cela fait sens avec l’écologie du projet et ses ressources en lien avec ce territoire.

This public commission for the Media Village Paris 2024 - uses recycled materials to take an innovative look at the city in the making.The materials collected from the construction site are the invisible traces of a human enterprise that shapes its environment. The collected materials that make up the work are recognizable by their shape.The bronze sculptures take their place in the public space on steles of adobe with colored strata (geo-concrete).The project valorizes and makes use of the ancient trades of foundry and earth construction.The wildlife of Seine-Saint-Denis is celebrated. The medium-sized owls represented are listed by Nature 2000 in the host commune.The choice of partners in the production and realization chain are all domiciled in Seine-Saint-Denis. This makes sense in terms of the project's ecology and the resources linked to the area.5 Owls from shadow to the light is a "1 building - 1 work" program.ROMA

CRÉATION D’UN JARDIN DE SCULPTURES ET DE FLEURS SAUVAGES

Salut à toi,
Tu as découvert quelques dessins que j’ai réalisés cet hiver 2025 dans la Résidence de l’Avenir aux Lilas.
Après une première collaboration avec l’Amicale des Locataires de la Résidence de l’Avenir en 2021, le projet Jardin Divers poursuit l’histoire d’une rencontre entre les habitant·e·s et la sculpture.
En recyclant le bois coupé d’un arbre devenu dangereux dans le parc, une série de sculptures va naitre.
Dans cette nouvelle aventure, je choisis d’enrichir la commande d’un geste dessiné. Un plan du jardin vu du ciel ouvre le carnet. Les étapes clefs sont représentées : préparation de la terre, sculptures en cours de fabrication, ateliers participatifs, observation du vivant et planches botaniques. Les plantes dessinées font partie d’un ensemble endémique du nord-est de l’Ile-de-France que j’ai proposé. Leur permaculture crée de véritables couloirs de biodiversité aérienne et souterraine.
Avec les résident·e·s, j’ai conçu ce jardin comme un espace intime où la nature a repris ses droits. La convivialité, le dialogue et l’imagination y règnent. Cette clairière entourée de plantes sauvages se peuple de sculptures oniriques et étranges. Ces sculptures incarnent la mémoire du Fort de Romainville, à la fois sublimée et déformée par le temps. Jardin Divers traduit un désir d’action et d’entraide citoyenne pour améliorer notre cadre de vie par l’Art. Les jardinier·e·s urbain·e·s de la résidence que je remercie pour leur engagement, peuvent cultiver la parcelle et y fabriquer leur compost collectif.
Ce carnet retrace quelques épisodes de vie à l’Avenir.
Et quelques pages vierges t’invitent à continuer l’aventure en dessinant ce que tu observes autour de toi.

By recycling wood cut from a tree that had become dangerous in the park, a series of sculptures will be created.
In this new adventure, I chose to enrich the commission with a drawn gesture. A plan of the garden seen from above opens the notebook. The key stages are represented: preparation of the soil, sculptures in progress, participatory workshops, observation of living things, and botanical plates. The plants drawn are part of a collection endemic to the northeast of the Ile-de-France region that I proposed. Their permaculture creates real corridors of aerial and underground biodiversity.
Together with the residents, I designed this garden as an intimate space where nature has reclaimed its rights. Conviviality, dialogue, and imagination reign supreme here. This clearing surrounded by wild plants is populated by dreamlike and strange sculptures. These sculptures embody the memory of the Fort de Romainville, both sublimated and distorted by time. Jardin Divers reflects a desire for action and citizen solidarity to improve our living environment through art. The urban gardeners of the residence, whom I thank for their commitment, can cultivate the plot and make their collective compost there.
This notebook recounts a few episodes from life at L'Avenir.
And a few blank pages invite you to continue the adventure by drawing what you see around you.
